OBI

Employer Branding Campaign

For OBI Austria, market leader among DIY stores, we executed a successful employer branding campaign in 2022/23. We helped the traditional hardware retailer become a standout in the world of Instagram and beyond — through an extraordinary concept featuring Red Bull athlete Dominik Hernler as sports testimonial. The target audience was reached via the “Biber Challenge” sports events and viral web videos, positioning OBI as a top employer.
