The price depends on group size, location and scope. After a short intro call you receive a fixed price. An external venue or travel costs extra if needed.

AI competence and proof

Anyone using AI in their business should be able to document that their staff have had basic AI training. After the workshop you receive a confirmation of participation per person, a short documentation of the content and a one-page guide for using AI tools in the team. This is not legal advice.

I'm Axel Ferro, branding and design expert in Vienna with more than 25 years of experience, including work for Mercedes-Benz, OMV, ÖBB, SPAR and Roche. I use AI every day myself – for example as co-founder of the POUR+ platform and in building my own tools. More about the studio

Do we need technical knowledge?
No. We work with tools you already know or can understand within an hour.
How many people can take part?
Up to 8 people in my studio in Vienna. For larger groups we find a suitable venue, or I come to you. We agree the group size in advance.
Where does the workshop take place?
In my studio in Vienna, at your company or online. An external venue or longer travel costs extra.
What exactly do we get in the brand setup?
A tone guide, rules for colours, typography and image style so that AI results also look like your brand, about 12 ready-made prompts (images, presentations, layouts, brand strategy drafts), a fixed workflow for using AI in the team, and training. A fully developed brand strategy, ad campaigns and developing a new design are not included. As a branding studio I can offer those separately.
What happens to our data?
Together we decide in the workshop what may be entered into AI tools and what may not.
What does it cost?
The workshop starts at € 1,490, the brand setup at € 4,500 and ongoing support at € 490 per month, each excluding VAT. The final price depends on group size, location and scope. I give you a fixed price after a short intro call. The intro call is free.
