For OBI Austria, the market leader among DIY stores, we successfully executed a relocation as part of the 2022/23 employer branding campaign. We helped the traditional DIY retailer become an eye-catcher in the world of Instagram and the like—through an exceptional concept featuring popular Red Bull athlete Dominik Hernler, whom we were able to secure as a sports testimonial. Alongside an athletic advertising strategy, the target audience was reached with first-class “Biber Challenge” sports events and viral web videos to position OBI as a top employer.
